How Mutale Mwanza ‘unscripted’ show set social media abuzz

In what seemed to be a fairly quiet Easter Sunday, the Mutale Mwanza Unscripted (MMU) show got people talking on social media.

Minutes after airing on cable television network on Sunday at 20,00 hours, some fans and critics took to social media.

Mutale Mwanza, popularly known for her controversial engagements on social media received mixed comments from both fans and critics.

Some of her fans thought Mutale Mwanza put up a good performance and praised her for being real while it did not go down well with some critics, who felt the show was poorly delivered.

Bertha Lubemba said: “Iyeeeee poor sound anyway I love her courage though imifwalile akapipinya pali banasenge yoooooo well done banasenge she went to wear a chitenge well done for supporting vision of hope.”

Nkombo Kachemba said: “I think for me she tried her best to be real …really enjoyed the show…beta than what was aired recently.”

But Nasilele Masila Serah Kalumbilo commented saying, “In life if you want to praise people the one person that won’t be happy is you..Mutale I love your boldness and courage…”

Martin Akende could not hide his disappointment “King K Dean useless show to say the least.”

Another interesting comment was from Geoffrey Frontyard Furniture who said that I think I came with so much expectations…hoping going forward it ll improve. Mutale Mwanza is active but benangu baliko camera shy… But good show… ”

This and many other comments kept people on social media busy on the Holy Sunday, with others wondering what was going on.

Indeed, the Mutale Mwanza Unscripted show did start on a good note despite the challenges of poor sound but many would be looking forward to an improved second episode of the show.
