Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema on Wednesday dismissed Health Minister Elijah Muchima and Minister of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Elias Mubanga with immediate effect, State House said in a statement.
The presidency said the removals were made in accordance with Article 116(3)(a) of the Constitution. It did not provide reasons for the cabinet changes.
