Manchester United earned only their second Premier League win of the season with a dramatic 2-1 victory over Chelsea in a chaotic clash at Old Trafford.

Blues goalkeeper Robert Sanchez was sent off just five minutes into the game, allowing United to take control as Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro struck in quick succession.

According to The Independent, the momentum shifted when Casemiro picked up a second yellow card before half-time, leaving United to battle with 10 men.

Trevoh Chalobah’s late goal in the 80th minute gave Chelsea hope, but the hosts held firm to secure a crucial three points.

The result offered some much-needed relief for under-pressure manager Ruben Amorim, marking perhaps his most important home win since taking charge.
