Yango announces collaboration with Jay Rox on inspirational Go Beyond campaign

Jay Rox is one of Zambia’s most influential and creative music voices. He rose from a modest upbringing in Chelstone, Lusaka where community and faith shaped his early life.

After leaving a stable IT career to pursue music, he achieved success while remaining driven by purpose and storytelling grounded in lived experience.

His outlook has led him to partner with Yango Group through its Go Beyond campaign, motivated by a desire to highlight overlooked social challenges, particularly those affecting school-going girls.

The collaboration will support a community-focused initiative centred on dignity and access, reflecting Yango’s commitment to empowerment, meaningful impact and uplifting communities beyond the campaign itself.
