Developing Story: Matero MP, Sampa, pleads not guilty to cyber crime charges in ‘fake polling station’ case

Matero Member of Parliament, Miles Sampa, has pleaded not guilty to charges under the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act, following his public claim that the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) had established a “fake polling station” in Chawama.

He has been granted bail of K1 million in his personal recognition, with two sureties, each bound in the same amount.
