Kristin Cabot, Head of People at tech firm Astronomer, is making headlines after being caught in an intimate moment with her CEO boss, Andy Byron — despite being currently married to another chief executive, according to DailyMail.com.
The 52-year-old HR executive was spotted on the kiss-cam during a Coldplay concert at Boston’s Gillette Stadium on Tuesday night, cozying up to Byron.
The pair appeared visibly startled when the camera panned to them, seemingly trying to avoid the public spotlight.
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin only added to the moment’s awkwardness, joking to the crowd: “They’re either having an affair… or are very shy.”
Despite public speculation, property records and documents obtained by DailyMail.com confirm that Kristin Cabot is married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Massachusetts-based distillery Privateer Rum.

The couple are listed as husband and wife in property records from earlier this year, including the sale of a $1.8 million property in Watertown, Massachusetts, and the purchase of a $2.2 million home in Rye, New Hampshire, in February.
Kristin, whose maiden name is Stanek, has also been involved in her husband’s company, formerly listed on LinkedIn as an advisory board member at Privateer Rum since September 2020. Her LinkedIn profile has since been deleted.
Public records show Andrew Cabot has been married multiple times, including in 1993 and 2014, and shares two children with his first wife, Maud.
In a photo posted by Maud on social media last year, Kristin is seen attending Andrew’s daughter’s 25th birthday party — smiling beside him and his son, Henry.
She was also photographed wearing a wedding ring at the time — a ring noticeably absent during her public appearance with Byron at the Coldplay concert.
While neither Kristin nor Andy Byron has publicly addressed the viral moment or their relationship status, the incident has raised eyebrows — not just due to its timing, but also because of Kristin’s high-profile personal and professional entanglements.
