Kyra Carusa opened the scoring for San Diego in the 23rd minute from a Savannah McCaskill corner.

Bay FC equalised in the 55th minute through Scarlett Camberos, following an impressive assist by Kiki Pickett.

In the closing moments, Dorian Bailey rounded San Diego goalkeeper Kailen Sheridan after receiving a quality pass from Pickett.

Bailey then passed the ball to Kundananji, who was engaged in a tussle with San Diego’s Hanna Lundkvist.

The pressure from Kundananji forced Lundkvist to put the ball into her own net, securing the win for Bay FC.

Bay FC now sits in 10th place in the NWSL standings
