Prison Leopards hold Power Dynamos to a goalless draw in rescheduled Super League game

The highly anticipated rescheduled Week One FAZ MTN Super League fixtures that were shifted because of the involvement of FC MUZA and Power Dynamos in continental action took place Wednesday.

A shock result was recorded with Prison Leopards holding champions Power Dynamos to a goalless draw.

Power who are Zambia’s envoys in the CAF Champions League were expected to be too strong for Prison Leopards.

Leopards, however, put up a spirited performance against the champions, to earn a deserved point.

In the other reschedule fixture, FC MUZA and Zanaco played out to a 1-all draw in Mazabuka.

Zanaco opened the scoring through their Malawian striker, Chawanangwa Kaonga, in the first half, five minutes before half time.

But the home team drew level via an Andrew Phiri penalty in the 62nd minute.
