15-year-old boy gets court date for allegedly sodomising minor

A 15-year-old boy is on April 12, 2024, expected to take plea before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for allegedly sodomising another minor, aged 10.

It is alleged that the juvenile, on November 15, 2023, in Lusaka had canal knowledge of the victim against the order of nature.

He is, therefore, facing one count of unnatural offences contrary to Section 155 (a) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia.

The boy is represented by Legal Aid Board and would take plea before Magistrate Exildah Chanda.
