ABSA Bank Zambia Marketing and Brand Communications Manager Ndela Sichizya has died
Bank Managing Director, Mizinga Melu announced the death of Ndela on Monday through her official Facebook post.
Melu wrote: “We cried, we prayed, we believed you will get better……but the Lord’s will has prevailed. This pain is so deep—Chafina….Ndela. 💔
Go well Ndela. You were the true definition of the ultimate gentleman—humble, kind, and God-fearing.
Rest peacefully in God’s arms. MYSRIP. 🙏.”
Ndela’s death was also confirmed by the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) Council where he once served as Vice president for policy.
“It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of our dear colleague and passionate member, Ndela Thomas Sichizya FZIM, immediate past Vice president Policy (VPP) of the Zambia Institute of Marketing and Brand Communications Manager, ABSA Zambia,” the ZIM Council said.
It described Ndela’s dedication to the Institute as truly inspiring and his contribution would be missed
“We will always remember his enthusiasm and commitment. On behalf of the entire Institute, we extend our sincerest condolences to the Sichizya family during this difficult time,” the ZIM Council said.
Ndela was reported to have collapsed whilest at work and was rushed to the hospital where he stayed in the comma for some weeks until his demise.
