Over 40 Soldiers and other security personnel were present and brutalized President Mundubile and his wife as they lifted them and threw them into their vehicle.”
Makebi Zulu, running mate to Mundibile made the allegations Friday night following a post on his Facebook page.
However, in a swift reaction, Mundibile in a post on his social media handle said, “Just to confirm that I am being interrogated by officers from the Zambia Army over the two videos I released earlier today.
“I appeal for calm from all our supporters as we allow the due process to proceed.”
His statement was, however, silent on Makebi Zulu’s claim that he and his wife had been abducted and brutalized by the military.
