Manchester United produced a stunning comeback to beat leaders Arsenal 3–2 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday in a crucial play.
Arsenal looked set to dominate early after taking the lead when Lisandro Martínez scored an own goal in the 28th minute, under pressure from United’s forwards.
However, United drew level in the first half as Bryan Mbeumo capitalised on a mistake in defence to finish in the 37th minute, cancelling out Arsenal’s advantage.
According to the BBC, the visitors took the lead early in the second half through Patrick Dorgu’s well-taken finish in the 50th minute, giving United momentum and silencing the home support.

Arsenal fought back, and their persistence paid off with Mikel Merino scoring in the 84th minute to level the match at 2–2, setting up a dramatic finale.
United completed the comeback in the 87th minute when substitute Matheus Cunha struck the winner, sparking jubilant celebrations among the travelling supporters and delighting interim manager Michael Carrick.
The result was a rare victory for United at the Emirates this season, providing a timely boost to their bid for a top-four finish and adding pressure on Arsenal, who had led for long periods in the contest.
Arsenal’s manager will be disappointed to have relinquished a lead at home, with defensive lapses proving costly despite a spirited response in the second half.
Both clubs now look ahead to midweek fixtures and the busy February schedule, with Arsenal seeking to recover quickly and United aiming to build on this morale-boosting win.
