Socialite, Mwanza, Zambian shows, others named in 2024 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (see full list)

Socialite, Mutale Mwanza, has been nominated in the 2024 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA).

Mwanza was named in the Best Series unscripted category for her reality TV show dubbed ‘Mutale Mwanza Unscripted, season 1’ alongside other shows on the continent like ‘Lol Naija’, ‘Nightlife in Lasgidi, ‘Gh Queens’ and ‘The Real Housewives of Lagos.

Zambian shows ‘Date My Family Zambia’ and ‘Royal Qlique’ starring musicians Bombshell, Ivanka Bianca, model Mercy Mukwiza as well as fashion designer Xarah, will battle it out in the ‘Best Unscripted M-Net Original’ category.

‘Uncle Limbani’ starring comedian Henry BJ Phiri has also been shortlisted in the Best Indigenous Language (South Africa) category.

Multichoice Nigeria announced the list of nominations for the 10th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards, which is scheduled to be held on May 11, 2024.

The event will take place at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos State.

The AMVCA is an annual award presented by MultiChoice recognising outstanding achievements in television and film.
