A United Kingdom-based influencer has died from complications linked to a penis enlargement procedure undertaken while on holiday in Thailand, according to findings presented at a UK coroner’s inquest.
British-Nigerian influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, 43, reportedly suffered a pulmonary embolism—a sudden blockage of blood vessels in the lungs—following the cosmetic procedure in March during a luxury vacation with his wife.
An inquest at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court heard that doctors allegedly injected 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine into his penis during the procedure, Jamaica Observer reports.

According to evidence presented at the inquest, Ubiribo and his wife later went for a massage after the operation.
However, he reportedly developed severe chest pains and collapsed twice before later dying from complications related to the pulmonary embolism.
