Muchinga minister, Simutowe, reaffirms govt support ahead of 2025 investment expo

Muchinga Province Minister, Njavwa Simutowe, has reaffirmed government’s commitment to unlocking the region’s vast economic potential.

Speaking after the Muchinga Investment Expo Fundraising Dinner on Friday at the Government Complex in Lusaka, Minister Simutowe described the event as a significant milestone for the province.

He noted that the dinner, attended by Vice President Mutale Nalumango, highlighted government’s unwavering support for sustainable development initiatives in Muchinga Province.

“Her Honour’s presence is not only a testament to her dedication to Muchinga’s development but also a powerful symbol of the government’s support for investment initiatives with transformative potential,” Simutowe said.

The Minister added that the event attracted strong backing from key stakeholders, business leaders, and development partners, all rallying behind preparations for the Muchinga expo.

Simutowe emphasized that the dinner provided the provincial administration an opportunity to reflect, mobilize resources, and reaffirm a shared vision of driving economic growth and creating opportunities for the people.

He also commended President Hakainde Hichilema for his leadership, saying it has been instrumental in inspiring investor confidence.

“His Excellency’s steadfast dedication continues to shape a future that is inclusive, attainable, and full of opportunities for Muchinga Province,” he said.
