Tide Media consultancy joins PROI worldwide, expanding public relations presence in Southern Africa

PROI Worldwide, the global partnership of independent communications agencies, announced on Monday the addition of Tide Media Consultancy Limited, a Lusaka-based public relations and communications firm.

The partnership extends PROI’s presence in south-central Africa and enhances its ability to support clients across multiple regional markets.

Founded in 2020 by Stacey Baluske Mtika, Tide Media provides integrated communications services including corporate reputation, media relations, influencer engagement, research and analytics, social media management, and public affairs. The agency has operations in Kenya, Ghana, Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa, and has received industry recognition in Zambia.

Angela Scaffidi, Global Chair of PROI Worldwide, said: “Tide Media brings regional experience and expertise that complements PROI’s network. Their work across Zambia and Southern Africa aligns with our commitment to collaboration across independent agencies.”

Tide Media’s client portfolio includes Yango Group in Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, and Ghana, Konkola Copper Mines, Emerald Bay, and Ametrade.

Stacey Baluske Mtika, Founder, will represent Tide Media within PROI and said: “Joining PROI provides an opportunity to connect with other agencies in the network, exchange knowledge, and continue developing communications capabilities across the region.”
