Zambia Futsal National Team Coach, Andrea Cristoforetti, has announced a 17-member squad for two international friendly matches against South Africa, scheduled for December 19 and 21, 2025, in Lusaka.

The upcoming friendlies will provide a crucial test for the Zambian side as they fine-tune tactics and combinations ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying campaign.

Matches will be played at the Automotive Futsal Arena and form part of Zambia’s preparations for next year’s qualifiers.

In a statement issued on Monday, Cristoforetti retained much of the core team that recently competed at the Thailand Invitational Tournament in Bangkok, signalling continuity as the squad builds toward continental competition.

Goalkeepers: Jackson Chitungu (Lusaka Automotive), Lackson Daka (Kafue Saints), Martin Chulu (Mudi Stars).
