Musician, Chama Fumba Sworn-in as sports permanent secretary

Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema has sworn-in Chama Fumba,popularly known as Pilato, among other constitutional office holders.

President Hichilema also sworn-in Gilbert Andyford Phiri as Director of Public Prosecutions, Patrick Kangwa as Secretary to Cabinet, Oliver Kalabo as Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet and Tom Shamakamba as Anti-Corruption Commission(ACC) Director General respectively.

This is according to a President’s facebook page on Tuesday.

Others sworn in on Tuesday are Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ)Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis, ECZ Deputy Chairperson Ali Simwinga and ECZ Commissioner McDonald Chipenzi.

“Our message is simple, it is Zambia and Zambians first, and no one should easily forget that we are all here to serve the country to the best of our abilities,” he said.
