Zambia Athletics (ZA) has instituted a three member investigative committee to establish the truth and assess the circumstances surrounding the leaked s*x video of its athlete, Rhoda Njobvu.
A s*x video of the athlete who is reportedly a sergeant in the Zambia National Service (ZNS) with a female counterpart from Zambia Correctional Service had been leaked to social media.
In statement on Sunday, ZA president, Bernard Bwalya, urged the public to avoid making inflammatory, prejudicial or speculative statements as the association had instituted investigations.

“As an institution founded on the principles of professionalis, discipline and national pride, we have launched an internal process to verify the facts and engage the relevant parties involved,” Bwalya said.
He said the association had taken note of the video circulating on social media but asked for patience.
