Oriental Quarries Boxing Promotions (OQBP) has announced that it will host an International boxing tournament in December this year in Lusaka.

The championship event will feature David “Snipper” Mwale, the reigning World Boxing Council (WBC) International Bantamweight Champion, who will be making his first title defense against South Africa’s Charlton Malajika.

OQBP Promoter and Manager, Christopher Malunga, made the announcement during a media briefing held at Southern Sun Hotel in Lusaka on Monday.

Malajika enters the contest with an impressive record of eight wins and one loss from nine bouts, setting the stage for a competitive and exciting main event.
