Police in Lusaka have arrested and charged businessman Shadreck Kapasa Kasanda, 36, of Ibex Hill, for allegedly obtaining more than US$275,000 from a company under false pretences.
According to Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, Godfrey Chilabi, in a statement issued on Monday, Kasanda faces one count of obtaining money by false pretences, contrary to Section 309 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
