Zambia’s music landscape received a vibrant lift last week with the release of “Do Me,” a collaboration between Towela Kaira, T-Sean and Karasa.

Originally a classic anthem by Karasa, “Do Me” has been reworked for a new audience. Towela, known for her Afro-pop and R&B fusion, brings fresh energy and contemporary flair to the familiar melody.

T-Sean, recognised for his versatility and dancehall-influenced delivery, adds a modern edge to the track, creating a balance between nostalgia and current sounds.

Karasa’s presence maintains continuity with the song’s roots, anchoring the project in its original identity.

Musically, “Do Me” blends Afro-pop rhythms, dancehall elements and R&B-styled vocals. The production is crisp and balanced, combining a modern, radio-friendly feel with the emotional character of the original version.

The release reflects a growing trend in the Zambian music industry: collaborations that bring together different generations and musical styles.
