Nigerian Afrobeats star, Ruger, has arrived in Zambia ahead of his much-anticipated performance at the Mosi Day of Thunder, set to electrify Livingstone in one of the country’s biggest music and lifestyle events.
The award-winning singer, born Michael Adebayo Olayinka, and popularly known for his energetic stage presence and Afro-dancehall sound, is among the headline acts expected to thrill thousands of fans at the annual festival powered by Mosi Lager.
Ruger, 27, who has earned international acclaim through hit songs such as Asiwaju, Bounce, and Girlfriend, is expected to deliver a high-energy performance that will light up the tourism capital.

In a unique local touch, the Afrobeats star is also said to have a Zambian given name, “Malinso,” further endearing him to fans ahead of his headline appearance.
