KoBold Metals is reportedly pioneering digital exploration by applying statistical modelling, big data aggregation, and foundational ore-deposits science to materially improve the pace and efficacy of natural resources.

According to information obtained from the mining company, KoBold uses Artificial Intelligence (A.I) and other cutting edge technology to power clean energy future in its search for critical minerals like Copper, Cobalt, Nickel and Lithium.

It is reported that KoBold Metals secured the exploration and development rights to the illustrious Mingomba Deposit in December 2022.

Globally acclaimed as one of the highest-grade undeveloped large copper resources, the Mingomba Deposit (formerly known as the “Lubambe Extension”) is strategically located in the Chililabombwe District.

The firm is said to steadfastly committed to realising the Mingomba Deposit’s potential and transforming it into a world-class mine.

According to the company, drilling is already underway, with positive signs of mineral resources being identified.

Zambia Monitor, which has extensively covered international events such as the recent African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) 30th Annual Meeting, Invest Africa, and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa meetings in Niger, will be live in Chililabombwe at Mingomba to cover the event.
