Mufulira Wanderers Football Club has announced the appointment of Lameck Banda as its new Head Coach, effective immediately.

According to a statement issued by the club’s Media Team on Tuesday, Banda has signed a three-year contract and is expected to bring his wealth of experience and tactical expertise to the team.

Banda boasts a strong track record in Zambia’s top-flight league, notably guiding FC MUZA to a second-place finish in the 2022–2023 Super League season, which secured the club a spot in the CAF Confederation Cup. He also led the team to the ABSA Cup final in the same season.
