Fashion Sakala signs new Al Fayha deal reportedly worth US$4m per season

Zambian international Footballer Fashion Sakala has announcrd the extension of his contract with Saudi Pro League club Al Fayha until 2029, with reports indicating the deal is worth US$4 million per season.

Announcing the development on his Facebook page on Monday, 22 June 2026, Sakala thanked the club management for giving him the opportunity to continue playing for the team.

The Chipata-born Chipolopolo striker described the new deal as a reflection of God’s faithfulness, guidance and countless blessings in his career.

Sakala expressed gratitude to Al Fayha’s leadership for their continued support, saying the club feels like home.

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the club’s president, board members, management and everyone at Al Fayha for their trust, belief, and confidence in me once again. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to continue this beautiful journey with a club that feels like home,” he wrote.

Sakala said he was grateful for the chance to continue what he described as a “beautiful journey” with the Saudi Pro League side.

The Zambia National Team forward also paid tribute to his family for their support through challenges and success.

“To my family, especially my wife, children, parents, and loved ones, thank you for standing by me through every challenge and every success. Your love and support mean everything to me,” he said.

Sakala further thanked Zambian fans, Al Fayha supporters and football followers worldwide for their passion and belief in him from the beginning.

The striker said he was proud to continue wearing the Al Fayha shirt and looks forward to creating more special memories and achieving greater success in the years ahead.

“To the Zambian fans, Al Fayha fans and all my supporters around the world thank you for your incredible support, passion, and belief in me from day one. Your love motivates me to give my best every time I step onto the pitch,” he said.
