Standard Chartered Bank Zambia has awarded five customers with solar solution packages worth over K150,000 under its ongoing Wildtrak 2.0 Personal Loan Campaign.

Each winner received a solar package during a prize-giving event designed to promote customer engagement and financial inclusion.

The prizes were awarded through a weekly electronic draw conducted under the supervision of independent auditors.

In addition to the solar packages, the bank also distributed smartphones to the first 50 customers whose loans were approved and disbursed in March, as part of broader efforts to incentivise participation in the campaign.

Speaking at the event, Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Chief Executive Officer, Sonny Zulu, said the bank aimed to align its rewards with the everyday needs of its clients.

“These solar kits reflect our commitment to practical and sustainable solutions for our customers,” Zulu said. “Through Wildtrak 2.0, we’re offering more than just loans—we’re adding value to our clients’ lives.”
