Yo Maps set for album launch, plans music school

Elton Mulenga, famously known as Yo Maps Yo, plans on building a Music School in Lusaka to help upcoming artists.

Mulenga plans to use part of the proceeds he will get from the planned launch of his new album in Lusaka’s Heroes Stadium to execute the project.

He hopes the school would help other artists to make it and not struggle as he did.

Mulenga announced in Lusaka on Friday that he would be releasing his second studio album this year, 2023.

The album will be called Try Again and aims to encourage people that no matter the situation you find yourself in, never give up but Try Again.

The exact number of tracks has not yet been finalised but it will range from twelve to fifteen tracks with at least five international collaborations.
