Zambian songstress, Towela Kaira, has kicked off 2025 with the release of a heartfelt new single titled “Nakuyewa”, featuring acclaimed rapper Jae Cash.

Produced by WittyBeats, the song captures the raw emotion of missing a loved one—reflected in the title Nakuyewa, which translates to “I miss you.”

The track blends Towela’s signature soulful vocals with Jae Cash’s compelling verse, offering a powerful portrayal of love and longing.

The release comes shortly after her earlier 2025 single “Pye Pye”, a collaboration with Copperbelt rap queen Xaven, solidifying Towela’s place among Zambia’s most consistent hitmakers.

Fans quickly took to social media to shower Towela with praise, applauding the authenticity and emotional depth of her latest work.

“You can’t mention best female singers without saying your name… receive your flowers, love your music,” wrote fan Khazibaki Kuliye on her official Facebook page.
