Barbra Banda scored her 11th goal in 11 games for Orlando Pride, becoming the joint top scorer in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL).

Banda struck deep into stoppage time, securing her side’s 3-0 win over Angel City at BMO Stadium.

Despite Brazilian Adriana scoring a brace, the Copper Queens skipper was involved in both goals.

Banda capitalized on a heavy touch by Angel City’s Sarah Gordon, running into space before rounding the keeper Didi Haračić to slot home the third goal of the match.

Her goal sent Zambian fans at the match into rapture.

Adriana opened the scoring in the 20th minute following a counterattack, with Barbra Banda and Marta heavily involved. This goal set the tone for a dominant display by the Pride.
